Delete your Nayan account
You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time. There are two ways.
Option 1: In the app
- Open Nayan and go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap your name, then Delete account.
- Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again to prove it is you.
Deletion starts immediately. Your library on the phone is kept as Guest data unless you also choose to remove it, so you do not lose your scans just by closing the account.
Option 2: By email
If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email tulx.app@gmail.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject "Delete my Nayan account". We will confirm the request and delete the account within 7 days. If you signed in with Google and cannot email from that address, tell us and we will verify you another way.
What is deleted

What is kept
- Your library on the device stays on the phone as Guest data, unless you delete it in the app or uninstall Nayan. We cannot delete it remotely; it is your device.
- Files you already exported and shared to other apps are outside Nayan and unaffected.
Deleting your account is permanent. A deleted cloud library cannot be restored, so export or back up anything you want to keep first.
